12 properties, 10 markets, one environmental system.
Before ParaVida, a portfolio is a list with a star rating beside each row. Every property is described the same way to every guest, and the only comparison available is price. ParaVida projects each one onto the same 11 dimensions a person is scored against, so for the first time the inventory can be compared with itself.
Each figure is that property’s environmental signature: length is the reading, a break is a dimension nobody has verified. No two are alike, and the ones that look thin are thin on evidence rather than on quality.
